Terms & Conditions

  1. The smart card is renewed based on the submission of this request - all data shall be filled with the knowledge and handwriting of the applicant.
  2. The card is personal proof, and no one other than its owner has the right to use it. In the event that the card is used after the expiry date of its validity period or in a region other than the designated area for it, the card is withdrawn and legal measures are taken against the violator and the collection of fines and wages due according to the company’s regulations.
  3. Public participation The data of the participation application form is to be completed, along with a copy of the national ID card, a recent personal photo.
  4. Student participation The data of the subscription application form must be filled out with a photo and approved by the study authority, with a copy of the national ID card or a copy of a birth certificate on the computer, and another recent personal photo.
  5. The smart card for the public is extracted by the district system, while for students, it is extracted from the place of residence to the place of study.
  6. The flight duration is two hours from the time of entering the gates.
  7. The card must be used while entering and exiting the gates to avoid being subjected to a fine (discounting an additional flight)
  8. The possibility of renewing the subscription of the smart card at the end of the specified period or upon the expiry of the number of trips.
  9. Smart card subscription for a period of (three months, 180 trips, annual 730 trips), without limiting the number of daily trips.
  10. The subscription expires at the end of the period or the expiry of the number of trips, whichever is earlier.
  11. In the event of losing the card, it shall be reported in an official report, and the validity of the lost card shall be suspended and a replacement for the lost card shall be issued after paying its value for the remaining period and the number of remaining trips.
  12. The possibility of renewing the subscription on the same card for a period of approximately five years in the event that the card is preserved.
  13. The shipping receipt must be kept and presented upon request.
